Completed in 2015, the 18-story building was designed by KTGY Architects and sits beside the Katy Trail, with direct trail access from the property. Pet Policy

Brady Residences allows up to two indoor pets per apartment, and exotic animals are not permitted. A non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent apply per pet. Restricted breeds include pit bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers and their mixes, and owners must provide a letter from a certified veterinarian confirming each pet’s breed, weight and vaccinations. A pet park and pet spa are on site.

Brady Residences is located at 2728 Cedar Springs Rd, in central Uptown with the Katy Trail running alongside. The Katy Trail Ice House is steps away, West Village is about half a mile north, and the restaurants and bars along McKinney Avenue and State-Thomas are within walking distance. Klyde Warren Park, the Dallas Museum of Art, the Nasher Sculpture Center, the Perot Museum and the American Airlines Center are each a short trip south.
