Modera Trinity is a 204-unit apartment building at 2350 N Beckley Ave in North Oak Cliff, Dallas, Texas. Completed in 2024 and listed at five stories, it was developed by Mill Creek Residential with WDG Architecture on a triangular former industrial site along the west levee of the Trinity River. The building uses a raised podium design that lifts its amenities and most homes above levee height, opening up views of the Downtown skyline, the Calatrava bridges and the Trinity greenbelt. Walk-up townhomes line Beckley Avenue, and the ground floor includes retail space.
