SkyHouse Dallas is a 336-unit apartment tower at 2320 N Houston St in the Victory Park neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. Completed in 2015, the 24-story high-rise was developed by Novare Group and Batson-Cook Development Co., the Atlanta-based team’s first SkyHouse tower in the Dallas area. Its signature feature is a top-floor amenity level with a heated pool, fitness center and SkyLounge, and every residence was designed with a view of the city.

Pet Policy

SkyHouse Dallas welcomes dogs and cats, with a limit of two pets per home. Dogs may weigh up to 75 pounds, and pit bulls and pit bull mixes are not permitted; there are no breed restrictions for cats. A one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent apply per pet. Location

SkyHouse Dallas sits at 2320 N Houston St in Victory Park, next to DART’s Victory Station and a short walk from the American Airlines Center. The Perot Museum and Klyde Warren Park are nearby, and the Katy Trail offers a running and cycling route north into Uptown.
