The Hive is a 386-unit garden-style apartment community at 6003 Abrams Rd in the Vickery Meadow neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. Built in 1974, the 2-story community was formerly known as Willow Pond and is now owned and managed by S2 Residential. It offers studio through three-bedroom floor plans, many with fireplaces, set on landscaped grounds with a pool, basketball court and playground.

Location

The Hive is located at 6003 Abrams Rd on the eastern side of Vickery Meadow, near the Lake Highlands area with easy access to Northwest Highway. DART bus routes serve the area, and the shops and restaurants along Northwest Highway and Abrams Road are close by. White Rock Lake is a short drive south, NorthPark Center is a few miles west, and US-75 and I-635 are easily reached.
