The Jasmine Apartments is a 374-unit garden-style community at 13450 Esperanza Rd in the Galleria area of North Dallas, Texas. Completed in 1980 and built at three stories, the community offers renovated studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments around a pool, courtyard and clubhouse. It is located near the Richardson city line, within the Richardson Independent School District. Apartments have been renovated, and the property was acquired by The Bascom Group following a 2025 lender foreclosure, with RPM Living named as manager. Its studio plans make it one of the few communities in the immediate area to offer apartments smaller than a one-bedroom.
