Pet Policy

The Kendrick accepts cats and dogs, with a maximum of two of each per apartment. A one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent apply. Restricted breeds include pit bulls and American pit bull terriers, bull terriers, mastiffs and bullmastiffs, Akitas, American Staffordshire terriers, Doberman pinschers and Rottweilers. Approved assistance animals are exempt from pet fees. Residents have access to a fenced bark park.
