The Montrose is a 226-unit apartment community at 2819 N Fitzhugh Ave in the Knox-Henderson area of Dallas, Texas. Pet Policy

The Montrose is pet-friendly, with a maximum of two pets per apartment. A one-time non-refundable fee and monthly pet rent are charged per pet. Restricted breeds include Rottweilers, standard Doberman pinschers, pit bull-type breeds such as American Staffordshire terriers and American bulldogs, Rhodesian ridgebacks and chows, and any animal showing aggressive behavior is not permitted. Pets must be vaccinated and licensed where the city requires it.

Location

The Montrose is located at 2819 N Fitzhugh Ave, with quick access to US-75 (Central Expressway). The restaurants, shops and nightlife of Knox-Henderson are a short trip north, and the Katy Trail, Uptown, Klyde Warren Park and the Dallas Arts District are a few minutes away. Baylor University Medical Center is nearby, and Central Expressway leads directly into Downtown Dallas.
