Pet Policy

Trinity allows up to two indoor pets per apartment; exotic animals are not permitted. Excluded dog breeds include pit bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Bullmastiffs, Dalmatians, Chows, Chinese Shar-Peis, Presa Canarios, bull and Staffordshire terrier types, and mixes of these breeds. A veterinarian’s letter verifying breed, weight and vaccinations is required. The property has a dog spa and pet wash. Contact the leasing office for fees and current requirements.

Trinity sits at 1010 Singleton Blvd within the Trinity Green district, just west of the Trinity Groves restaurant hub and about two miles from Downtown and Uptown Dallas. The Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge and Ronald Kirk Pedestrian Bridge connect the area across the Trinity River to Downtown, and the Sylvan Avenue corridor is close by.
