Pet Policy

Victoria Row allows up to two cats or dogs per home, with a maximum weight of 50 pounds. Exotic animals are not permitted. Restricted dog breeds include Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, American Bulldogs, pit bull and Staffordshire terrier types, Bullmastiffs, Bull Terriers, Chinese Shar-Peis, Dalmatians, Doberman Pinschers, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Siberian Huskies, Chows, German Shepherds and mixes of these breeds. A veterinarian’s letter confirming breed, weight and vaccinations is required. A one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent apply.

Location

The community sits at 1100 Corinth St in the eastern part of The Cedars, just southeast of Downtown Dallas. Four Corners Brewing, the Alamo Drafthouse and South Side Ballroom are nearby, and the Dallas Farmers Market and Deep Ellum are a short drive north. I-45 and I-30 are close by, and DART light rail serves the neighborhood from Cedars Station.
