1400HiLine

1400HiLine is a 314-unit apartment tower at 1400 Hi Line Dr in the Design District area of Dallas, Texas. Completed in 2013 and rising 23 stories, it was developed by PM Realty Group and designed by GDA Architects (now part of KTGY). The tower has a triangular footprint angled to deflect noise from I-35E, a parking podium in its base with residences starting on the seventh floor, and LEED Gold certification.

1400HiLine is at 1400 Hi Line Dr on the eastern edge of the Dallas Design District, beside I-35E and across the freeway from Victory Park.
