Pet Policy

AVANT on Market Center allows up to two pets per apartment, with a weight limit of 35 pounds per pet. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee is due at move-in, and monthly pet rent applies for each pet. Breed restrictions apply, including pit bulls, Rottweilers and Huskies, and pets must be house-trained and current on vaccinations.

AVANT on Market Center is at 1955 Market Center Blvd, next to I-35E in the Dallas Design District. The Trinity Strand Trail borders the property, and the Dallas Market Center, the district’s showrooms and restaurants, and West Village are close by. DART’s Market Center Station is a short walk away, and the Perot Museum, the American Airlines Center, Oak Lawn and the Southwestern Medical District are a few minutes’ drive, with the Dallas North Tollway also nearby.
