Cirque Residences

Cirque Residences is a 252-unit apartment tower at 2500 N Houston St in the Victory Park neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. Completed in 2008, the 28-story mixed-use high-rise was one of the early residential towers in Victory Park, designed by Page as architect of record in association with Gromatzky Dupree & Associates. Its curved southern glass façade with balconies, sixth-level roof garden and color-shifting glass-paneled garage screen make it one of the more distinctive buildings in the district.

Pet Policy

Cirque allows dogs and cats, up to two pets per home. Restricted dog breeds include Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, pit bull terriers, Staffordshire terriers, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, wolf hybrids and mixes of those breeds; cats have no breed restrictions. A one-time pet fee, monthly pet rent and a third-party pet registration charge apply. Residents can use the building’s outdoor dog run. Contact the leasing office for current requirements.

Cirque sits at 2500 N Houston St in Victory Park, just north of the American Airlines Center, home of the Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars. DART’s Victory Station is a short walk away, and the district’s restaurants, the House of Blues and the Perot Museum are close by. The Katy Trail and Uptown are a short trip north, and Klyde Warren Park and Downtown are a few minutes east.
