3700M

3700M is a 381-unit apartment tower at 3700 McKinney Ave in the Uptown neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. Completed in 2014, the 21-story building was developed by Forest City in partnership with AIG and sits at the edge of West Village. A renovation of more than $15 million, unveiled in 2024, reworked its seventh-floor amenity level and two-story lobby and began updating the apartments, which range from studios to two bedrooms.

Pet Policy

3700M allows up to two dogs or cats per apartment, each up to 80 pounds. A one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent apply per pet. Restricted breeds include Rottweilers, Chows, Presa Canarios, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, pit bull types, Cane Corsos and all Mastiff breeds. Caged or tanked non-mammal pets are allowed without fees, but aquariums over 50 gallons and exotic, non-domestic or venomous animals are prohibited.

Location

3700M is located at 3700 McKinney Ave, at the northern end of Uptown beside West Village. The district’s shops, restaurants and the Violet Crown Cinema are steps away, and the McKinney Avenue Trolley runs along the building’s frontage. The Katy Trail and DART’s Cityplace/Uptown Station are a short walk away, and US-75 (North Central Expressway) connects quickly to Downtown Dallas.
