Eastline Residences is a 330-unit apartment tower at 6050 N Central Expy in the Park Cities area of Dallas, Texas. Completed in 2021 by Convexity Properties, the tower rises 28 stories on a site of almost two acres along the Central Expressway corridor, with about 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Floor plans range from studios to three-bedroom penthouses on floors 25 through 28. The building was acquired by Kushner Companies in 2026.

Pet Policy

Eastline Residences allows dogs and cats with management’s written authorization, up to two pets per apartment. Pets must be pre-approved and house trained, with a recent veterinarian’s statement of good health and a photo. A non-refundable fee and monthly pet rent apply per pet. Restricted breeds and their mixes include Pit Bulls, American Bulldogs, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Akitas, Chow Chows, Shar Peis, Dalmatians, Doberman Pinschers, Alaskan Malamutes, Bull Mastiffs and wolf hybrids, among others, and exotic animals are not permitted.

Location

Eastline Residences is located at 6050 N Central Expy, on the US-75 corridor between Park Cities and the Lower Greenville area. Mockingbird Station, with DART rail service and its shops, restaurants and cinema, is about a ten-minute walk. Southern Methodist University is roughly five minutes by car, the University Crossing Trail is about three minutes away, and Lower Greenville Avenue is about a seven-minute drive. Downtown Dallas is about six miles south.
