Hanover Preston Hollow is a 213-unit high-rise apartment tower at 6255 W Northwest Hwy in the Preston Hollow area of Dallas, Texas. Completed in 2025, the 23-story building was developed by Houston-based Hanover Company and designed by Ziegler Cooper Architects. It occupies the roughly two-acre site of the former Preston Place condominiums, which were destroyed by fire in 2017, and stands among the established Northwest Highway towers between The Athena and Preston Tower.

Pet Policy

Hanover Preston Hollow allows up to two pets per apartment, with a fee and deposit charged for each pet. Dog breed restrictions apply; Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Pit Bull Terriers and mixes of these breeds are not permitted. A separate animal addendum, veterinary records showing the pet’s weight, and a photo of each pet are required before approval. Contact the leasing office for current requirements.
