Gramercy on the Park is a 535-unit apartment community at 4755 Gramercy Oaks Dr in the Far North Dallas area of Dallas, Texas. It sits next to the 22-acre North Bark Dog Park, which makes it a popular choice for dog owners. Pet Policy

Gramercy on the Park allows cats and dogs, up to two pets per apartment. A one-time fee and monthly pet rent are charged per pet. Restricted dog breeds include Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Cane Corsos, American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Bull Terriers and American Bulldogs, along with their mixes. Exotic pets, including birds, rabbits and reptiles, are not permitted. A paw spa and the adjacent North Bark Dog Park serve residents with pets.

Gramercy on the Park is at 4755 Gramercy Oaks Dr, in the Far North Dallas area next to North Bark Dog Park, near the President George Bush Turnpike and the Dallas North Tollway. The shops and restaurants of west Plano, Cinemark West Plano and the Legacy area are a short drive north. Addison and Downtown Dallas are reached easily via the Tollway.
