Pet Policy

Griffis Oak Lawn allows up to three cats or dogs per residence, with no weight limits. Restricted breeds include bull terriers, Rottweilers, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, wolf hybrids, Shar-Peis and mixes of these breeds, and exotic or venomous animals are not permitted. All pets must be approved in advance, listed on the rental application, licensed and vaccinated against rabies. The community has an off-leash dog park and a dog spa.
