Pet Policy

Park West allows up to two pets per home. A one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent apply per pet. All animals require management approval, and leaseholders must complete a pet screening profile. Restricted breeds include Akitas, pit bull types, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies and Malamutes, Rottweilers, and wolf or restricted-breed mixes. Service animals are generally exempt from breed restrictions.

Park West is located at 3109 Douglas Ave, in the section of Oak Lawn that runs up against Uptown. The Katy Trail is a short walk away, and the restaurants and nightlife of Cedar Springs Road and Oak Lawn Avenue are close by. Uptown’s McKinney Avenue and West Village, along with Turtle Creek and Reverchon Park, are within a few minutes’ drive, and the Dallas North Tollway and Stemmons Freeway (I-35E) connect quickly to Downtown Dallas and Love Field.
