Aster is a 270-unit apartment tower at 3611 Congress Ave in the Turtle Creek neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. Completed in 2021, the 22-story building was developed by Toll Brothers Apartment Living and designed by WDG Architecture, with a look inspired by the Texas wildflower. Its residences range from studios to three-bedroom homes, topped by ten two-story penthouses, and amenities are spread across the ground floor, a fourth-floor pool level and a 17th-floor sky lounge.

Location

Aster sits at 3611 Congress Ave, between Oak Lawn Avenue and Turtle Creek, on the edge of the Turtle Creek parkland and its walking paths. Highland Park and the Park Cities are immediately to the north, and the restaurants and shops of Oak Lawn and Uptown are close by, including the Cedar Springs Road strip and the Katy Trail. Downtown Dallas is a short drive south via the Dallas North Tollway or Stemmons Freeway.
