Kessler Bluffs is a 146-unit rental community at 1000 Fort Worth Ave in the West Dallas area of Dallas, Texas. Completed in 2023 and built at three stories, the community was developed by Dallas-based Larkspur Capital on an 8.5-acre site across Fort Worth Avenue from the landmark Belmont Hotel. Unlike most of the corridor’s apartment buildings, it is made up of larger townhome-style two- and three-bedroom residences, many with attached garages, plus live/work homes and a small on-site retail space.

Pet Policy

Kessler Bluffs allows up to two indoor pets per home; exotic animals are not permitted. Restricted dog breeds include pit bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies and Dobermans, among others. A veterinarian’s letter verifying breed, weight and vaccinations is required. Residents have access to an on-site dog park. Contact the leasing office for fees and current requirements.

Kessler Bluffs sits at 1000 Fort Worth Ave, across from the historic Belmont Hotel on the West Dallas corridor west of Downtown. The Kessler Park neighborhood and the Sylvan Avenue corridor are close by, and Trinity Groves and the Bishop Arts District are a short drive away. Downtown attractions including the Dallas World Aquarium, the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza and the Perot Museum are a few minutes east via I-30.
