Sylvan Thirty is a 201-unit apartment community at 750 Fort Worth Ave in the West Dallas area of Dallas, Texas. Completed in 2015 and rising four stories, it was billed as the first mixed-use retail and multifamily development in West Dallas, built at the meeting point of West Dallas and North Oak Cliff through a public-private partnership that used tax increment financing. The LEED-certified project combines apartments with ground-floor shops and restaurants, and a share of its homes is set aside as workforce housing.
