Pet Policy

Modera Trailhead allows up to two pets per home, with a weight limit of 120 pounds per pet. Restricted breeds include pit bulls and Staffordshire terriers, bull terriers, Akitas, Presa Canarios, Mastiffs, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chow Chows and mixes of these breeds. All applicants complete a PetScreening profile, including those without pets. The community has an on-site pet spa. Contact the leasing office for fees and current requirements.

The Santa Fe Trail and the Trinity Forest Spine Trail link the community to Dallas’s 50-mile Loop trail network, and the 1,254-acre lake, the Dallas Arboretum and Tenison Park Golf Course are all close by.
