Pet Policy

The Barton Greenville welcomes pets, with a maximum of two per apartment. A one-time non-refundable fee and monthly pet rent are charged per pet. Restricted breeds include Rottweilers, standard Doberman pinschers, pit bull-type breeds such as American Staffordshire terriers and American bulldogs, Rhodesian ridgebacks and chows, and animals showing aggressive behavior are not permitted. Pets must be vaccinated and licensed where the city requires it.
