The Glen at Highpoint is a 708-unit apartment community at 9050 Markville Dr in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas, Texas. Completed in 1984 and built at three stories, the gated community spreads one- and two-bedroom apartments across a wooded campus with three swimming pools and a hot tub. It is located just off I-635 near US-75, convenient to the employers of the Richardson and North Dallas corridors.

Pet Policy

The Glen at Highpoint accepts cats and dogs, with a maximum of two pets per apartment. A one-time non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent per pet apply. Restricted dog breeds include German shepherds, Anatolian shepherds, pit bull-type breeds, American bulldogs, Rottweilers, bullmastiffs, Akitas, chow chows, Doberman pinschers, Airedales and wolf hybrids, and the list is not all-inclusive. Residents have access to an on-site dog park.

Location

The Glen at Highpoint is located at 9050 Markville Dr, near the interchange of I-635 (LBJ Freeway) and US-75 in the northern part of Lake Highlands. The Abrams Forest shopping center is nearby, and the Richardson Telecom Corridor and the University of Texas at Dallas are a short drive north. Central Expressway leads south toward Downtown Dallas, and DART light-rail stations along the LBJ corridor are close by.
