The Wilson Building is a 135-unit apartment building at 1623 Main St in the Downtown area of Dallas, Texas. Completed in 1904, the eight-story building was designed by Fort Worth architects Sanguinet & Staats and modeled on the Palais Garnier, the Paris Opera house, with an ornate stone and brick facade and rounded corners. For decades it held the Titche-Goettinger department store on its lower floors, with offices above. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979, it was later converted into loft apartments and is now part of the Mercantile Place collection.
