1900 Pacific Residences is a 149-unit apartment building at 1900 Pacific Ave in the Downtown area of Dallas, Texas. The 18-story building is the former Corrigan Tower, a mid-century office building designed by Wyatt C. Hedrick for developer Leo Corrigan, which dates to 1952. A redevelopment designed by Merriman Anderson Architects turned it into apartments in 2018. It sits within the Dallas Downtown Historic District and is LEED certified, with an unusually creative amenity program that includes art and music rooms.
