Bluffs at Lakewood allows up to two pets per apartment, with a maximum weight of 50 pounds per pet. A one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent apply per pet. Restricted breeds include any dog that is, or is mixed with, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, German Shepherd, Malamute, Rottweiler, Doberman, Dalmatian, Akita, Chow or Presa Canario, and management has final approval. Pet stations are located around the property.
