Completed in 2025, the seven-story building was developed by Centurion American Development Group at the corner of Jackson and South Harwood streets, in one of Downtown’s older districts. It is one of the newest rental buildings in Downtown, with a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments and a shared program built around a pool, coworking space and pet care.

Pet Policy
Parc on Jackson allows up to two indoor pets per apartment, and exotic animals are not permitted. A non-refundable fee and monthly pet rent are charged per pet. A list of restricted dog breeds and their mixes applies, including pit bull types, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Huskies and Chows. A veterinarian’s letter confirming breed, weight and vaccinations is required. A self-service pet spa is on site.

Parc on Jackson is at 2013 Jackson St, at South Harwood Street on the eastern side of Downtown Dallas. Main Street Garden Park and the restored Statler hotel are a block away, and the Dallas Farmers Market is a short walk southeast. Dallas City Hall, the Main Street District and DART light rail stations along Pacific Avenue and at Deep Ellum are nearby, and the I-30 and I-45 interchange is close by.
