LTV Tower Apartments

LTV Tower Apartments is a 187-unit apartment building at 1555 Elm St in the Downtown area of Dallas, Texas. The 32-story tower opened in 1964 as the LTV Building, headquarters of Ling-Temco-Vought and the National Bank of Commerce, and was among the tallest buildings in Dallas at the time. After sitting vacant for years, it was redeveloped by HRI Properties and reopened in 2015. The apartments occupy floors 15 through 32, above a Hilton Garden Inn on the lower floors.

LTV Tower Apartments is at 1555 Elm St, at Akard Street in the middle of the Downtown Dallas core. The shops and restaurants of the Main Street District are a block south, and Thanks-Giving Square and the Pacific Avenue DART light rail stops are within a short walk. The Dallas Arts District, Klyde Warren Park and Deep Ellum are all a short trip away.
