The Case Building

The Case Building is a 337-unit apartment tower at 3131 Main St in the Deep Ellum area of Dallas, Texas. Completed in 2017 and rising 17 stories, it was developed by Westdale and StreetLights Residential and was billed as the first high-rise ever built in Deep Ellum. The tower stands at the corner of Main and Hall streets, and one of its facades carries “Garden Boy,” a mural of more than 18,000 square feet by the Italian street artist Pixel Pancho.

The Case Building is at 3131 Main St, at Main and Hall in the heart of Deep Ellum. The neighborhood’s live music venues, galleries, bars and restaurants along Elm, Main and Commerce streets are steps away, and the area’s street art, including the tower’s own “Garden Boy” mural, is part of its identity. DART’s Deep Ellum Station is a short walk north, and Downtown Dallas, Baylor University Medical Center and Fair Park are close by, with quick access to I-30, I-345 and US-75.
