The Hamilton

The Hamilton is a 310-unit apartment tower at 2525 Elm St in the Deep Ellum area of Dallas, Texas. Completed in 2020 and rising 26 stories, it was developed by Westdale and StreetLights Residential as the residential tower of The Epic, an eight-acre mixed-use development at Elm and Good Latimer that also includes office towers and the historic Pittman Hotel. The building is notable for commissioned work by local artists throughout its common areas and for its seventh-floor pool deck overlooking downtown.

Location

The Hamilton is at 2525 Elm St, at the western gateway to Deep Ellum where Elm meets Good Latimer, within The Epic development. The neighborhood’s music venues, bars, restaurants and murals are a short walk east, and Downtown Dallas and the Dallas Farmers Market are immediately west and south. DART’s Deep Ellum Station is just north on Good Latimer, and the building has quick access to I-30, I-45 and US-75.
