The Gabriella

The Gabriella is a 378-unit apartment tower at 770 Cantegral St in the Deep Ellum area of Dallas, Texas. Completed in 2020 and rising 14 stories, the building was developed by Greystar on the edge of Bryan Place, just north of Deep Ellum. Its ground floor holds a Tom Thumb grocery store, which makes it one of the few residential towers near downtown with a full supermarket in the building.

Pet Policy

The Gabriella allows up to two pets per apartment. A one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent per pet apply, and all animals must be approved by management, with a pet screening profile required. Restricted breeds include Akitas, pit bull types, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Malamutes, Rottweilers and wolf hybrids or mixes of restricted breeds. Service animals are generally exempt from breed restrictions. Residents with dogs can use the rooftop dog park and pet spa.

Location

The Gabriella is at 770 Cantegral St in Bryan Place, the small residential pocket between downtown, the Arts District and Deep Ellum. Deep Ellum’s live music venues, restaurants and murals are a short walk south, and the Dallas Arts District, home to the Dallas Museum of Art and the Meyerson Symphony Center, is a few blocks west. Downtown’s office core, Klyde Warren Park and Baylor University Medical Center are close by, as are Woodall Rodgers Freeway, US-75 and I-345.
