AMLI Fountain Place

AMLI Fountain Place is a 366-unit apartment tower at 1800 N Field St in the Downtown area of Dallas, Texas. Completed in 2020 and rising 45 stories, the tower was designed by Page as a residential companion to the 1986 Fountain Place office tower by Henry Cobb of I.M. Pei & Partners. It stands on the site where Cobb’s original plan called for a second, matching tower, and its green glass and angular lines echo the original. The building is LEED Gold certified.

AMLI Fountain Place is at 1800 N Field St, on the northwest side of Downtown Dallas beside the Fountain Place plaza and its water gardens. The Perot Museum, the Dallas World Aquarium and the American Airlines Center are within walking distance, DART’s Akard Station serves the area, and Woodall Rodgers Freeway, I-35E and US-75 are close by.
