Bryan Tower is a 40-story high-rise at 2001 Bryan St in Downtown Dallas, Texas, where an office-to-residential conversion is planned to create 425 apartments. The tower was completed in 1973. It was designed by Neuhaus & Taylor and developed by Trammell Crow Company with Metropolitan Life, and at about 512 feet it is a prominent part of the eastern Downtown skyline. Its current owner, Pacific Elm Properties, the firm led by Jonas Woods that also converted the nearby Santander Tower into Peridot Residences, is turning the building’s office floors into mixed-income residences while keeping its original curtain-wall facade.
