Mosaic Dallas

Mosaic Dallas is a 440-unit apartment community at 300 N Akard St in Downtown Dallas, Texas. The complex was built as the headquarters of the Fidelity Union Life Insurance Company, with a first tower completed in 1952 and a 31-story addition finished around 1960, both designed by Wyatt C. Hedrick and Nelson Stanley. After the offices emptied, Hamilton Properties converted the complex to apartments, which opened in 2007. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and its floor plans range from studios and lofts to penthouses and townhomes.

Pet Policy

Mosaic Dallas allows up to two indoor pets per apartment, including dogs and cats; exotic animals are not permitted. A non-refundable fee per pet and monthly pet rent apply. Breed restrictions cover Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Dobermans and several other breeds, and a veterinarian’s letter is required to verify breed, weight and vaccinations. Mosaic Dallas sits at 300 N Akard St in the center of Downtown Dallas, an area with a Walk Score in the mid-90s. Thanks-Giving Square, the Main Street District and the Downtown pedestrian network are a short walk away, and DART’s Akard Station is close by.
