One Dallas Center

One Dallas Center is a 276-unit apartment community at 350 N Saint Paul St in Downtown Dallas, Texas. The 30-story tower, listed with a 1978 completion date, was designed by Henry N. Cobb of I.M. Pei & Partners as an office building. Todd Interests bought the tower in 2012 and converted its upper 15 floors to apartments, which were delivered in 2014, while the lower floors remain office space. The building’s floor plans range from studios to three bedrooms, and its top-floor sky lounge and fitness center look out across the Downtown skyline. The tower also has direct access to DART.
