East Quarter Residences allows up to two indoor pets per apartment, including dogs and cats; exotic animals are not permitted. A non-refundable pet fee, monthly pet rent per pet and a one-time screening fee apply. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Huskies, Chows and several other breeds, along with their mixes, and a veterinarian’s letter is required to verify breed, weight and vaccinations. The building has an on-site dog spa and dog parks.
