Manor House

Manor House is a 269-unit apartment tower at 1222 Commerce St in Downtown Dallas, Texas. Completed in 1965 and rising 25 stories, it is widely described as the first residential high-rise built in Downtown Dallas, and it was among the first in the area with a rooftop pool. The concrete tower gives every apartment a private balcony or outdoor space, and its interiors and amenity spaces have been renovated in recent years while the building keeps its mid-century character.

Pet Policy

Manor House allows cats, dogs and fish, with a maximum of two pets per apartment and a 40-pound weight limit per pet. A one-time non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent apply. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers and their mixes, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Spitz, Akitas and Bull Mastiffs. Manor House sits at 1222 Commerce St in the core of Downtown Dallas, an area with a Walk Score in the 90s.
