Oak & Ellum is a 424-unit apartment community at 2627 Live Oak St in the Deep Ellum area of Dallas, Texas. Completed in 2015 and rising five stories, it sits at the corner of Live Oak and Cantegral streets between Downtown Dallas and the Deep Ellum entertainment district, and it offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Part of the community was renovated in 2022. A saltwater pool, private movie theater and extensive pet facilities are among its shared amenities, and select homes have Downtown views or private fenced yards.

Pet Policy

Oak & Ellum allows dogs and cats, with up to two pets per apartment and a weight limit of 85 pounds. A one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent apply per pet, and aggressive breeds are not permitted. All residents keep a PetScreening account whether or not they have a pet. A pet park, dog run and pet spa are on site.

Location

Oak & Ellum is located at 2627 Live Oak St, at Cantegral Street on the Live Oak corridor between Downtown Dallas and Deep Ellum, with direct access to US-75. A Tom Thumb grocery store is steps away, and Deep Ellum’s restaurants and bars are close by. Klyde Warren Park, the Perot Museum and the Dallas Museum of Art are a short trip west.
