Cortland on McKinney allows up to two cats or dogs per home, with an 80-pound weight limit. A one-time fee and monthly pet rent apply per pet. Under Cortland’s company-wide policy, Rottweilers, Chows, Presa Canarios, Dobermans, Akitas, pit bull types, Cane Corsos and Mastiff breeds are not accepted. Other small animals must be kept caged, exotic and venomous animals are not permitted, and aquariums over 50 gallons are not allowed. Residents have access to an on-site bark park and grooming station.
