The Metropolitan

The Metropolitan is a 284-unit residential high-rise at 1200 Main St in Downtown Dallas, Texas. The 25-story building is listed with a 2007 completion date for its residential use. It began life as a 1970s downtown office tower and was later converted to condominiums with Corgan as architect. Homes here are individually owned condos, many of them offered for lease, ranging from one to three bedrooms. The building faces Belo Garden on Main Street.
