Pet Policy

Lakewood Flats allows dogs and cats, with a maximum of two pets per home. Fees are charged per pet: the property lists a one-time fee, a refundable pet deposit and monthly pet rent. Breed restrictions apply, including Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, Chow and mixes of those breeds, and management has final approval. Two on-site dog parks are available to residents.
