New Dallas Apartment Buildings: What Opened in 2025 and 2026

New apartment towers beside a construction crane

Dallas keeps adding apartments, and the newest buildings in this directory show where that growth is going: high-rises on Turtle Creek Boulevard, small infill buildings in The Cedars, a restored 1960s motor hotel in the Design District and trailside communities near White Rock Lake. Below are the buildings the directory lists as completed in 2025 or 2026, grouped by neighborhood. Each name links to its full listing.

Short answer: The directory lists 17 buildings completed in 2025 or 2026, from Turtle Creek to The Cedars to White Rock Lake. They include three Hanover towers of 20 stories or more on Turtle Creek Boulevard and Northwest Highway, three new buildings in The Cedars, two in Bishop Arts, and the renovated Cabana Hotel in the Design District. Details below come from each building’s listing. Confirm availability and move-in dates with the leasing office, since some newer projects open in phases.

What to ask at a brand-new building

  • Is the whole building open? Large projects often deliver in phases, so amenities or parking levels may still be under construction.
  • Are there lease-up concessions? New buildings often offer move-in specials while they fill. Ask what applies and for how long.
  • Is any of it income-restricted? Several of the buildings above, including Pearl Lofts, The Marcus and Cabana, set aside a share of homes for income-qualified households.
